House Rules:
- Security Deposit fully refundable at the time of check-out. Any damage to the property is chargeable and recoverable from the security deposit.
- Balance payment to be paid at the time of check-in.
- Swimming Costume is compulsory and no food and drinks are not allowed in the pool.
- Please carry your towels and toiletries.
- If number of guests increases at the time of check-in, extra charges will be applicable per night.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
- Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
- The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
- Drugs usage is strictly prohibited
Payment Policy
- A Refundable damage deposit collected in cash at Check-in, which will be fully refunded at check-out provided there is no Damage done to/in the property, no. of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
